You can place your order right away. Ready stocks can be collected during your appointment.
For products that are made-to-order or happen to be out of stock on your appointment day, delivery is complimentary to your ideal shipping address (applies to one address per pax, additional addresses will incur the usual delivery fee).

What products are considered ready stock and made-to-order?

Made-to-order (processing time of 3-5 business days): soy candles and scented diffusers (2 weeks processing time for Diffuser Frame Art)
Ready stock: unscented diffusers, Fragrance Drops (4.5g and 25g), tray series, greeting cards

Secure a slot either by DM on Instagram (baskintheglow.sg) or email at hello@baskintheglow.sg.
Include 3 dates and time slots that are convenient for you.

Each appointment slot is 45 minutes, for a maximum of 4 pax at a time.
No companions allowed.

A SGD$10.00 deposit (per pax) is required to secure your appointment slot.

This amount will be subtracted from your total at checkout during your appointment if you meet the following:
- you make a purchase during your appointment slot
- you arrive within a window of 15 minutes of your appointment's start time

No cancellation is allowed after appointment confirmation. Deposit will not be refunded.

If required, rescheduling of your private shopping appointment can be done at least 24 hours before appointment time in writing (email or DM).
