It is important to provide the correct address during checkout. Please ensure that details such as postal code and unit number (if any) has been entered correctly.

 

LOCAL (SINGAPORE)

• Shipping fee is SGD$5.00 regardless of number of items purchased.

• Free local delivery (Singapore) on orders above SGD$80.00.

• The current processing time of your items is 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). This duration applies for both standard and custom items.

• Orders will be shipped via our courier partner who will deliver within 1-2 working days.

• BITG will not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details in the address provided.
•  For cases of returned item(s) due to customer's negligence, the customer will have to pay an additional postage fee for a repeated delivery attempt.

• Not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. But we are looking forward to do so in the future (stay tuned)!
