Delivery & Shipping

It is important to provide the correct address during checkout. Please ensure that details such as postal code and unit number (if any) has been entered correctly.

 

LOCAL (SINGAPORE)

• Shipping fee is SGD$4.00 regardless of number of items purchased.

• Free local delivery (Singapore) on orders above SGD$80.00.

• The current processing time of your items is 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). This duration applies for both standard and custom items.

• Orders will be shipped via our courier partner who will deliver within 1-3 working days.

• 3 delivery attempts will be made before our courier partner returns the parcel to us.

• BITG will not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details in the address provided.
•  For cases of returned item(s) due to customer's negligence, the customer will have to pay an additional postage fee for a repeated delivery attempt.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. But we are looking forward to do so in the future (stay tuned)!
