Upon purchase, the message entered will be personally designed & attached to the candle requested. Factors such as number of lines the words occupy and font size will be adjusted to get the best effect possible.

Decals will be maximized as much as possible within certain dimensions. i.e. messages with lesser characters will be bigger in font size; messages with more characters will be smaller (refer to our pictures for examples).

We urge our customers to double check messages entered as we will be directly copying and pasting the content. Any misspelling will be deemed as on purpose. 

We reserve rights to reject an order if the requested message is deemed not appropriate (hateful, offensive or encourages violence).
